Maintenance Electrician

Koch Knight LLC, is hiring a Maintenance Electrician for the East Canton, Ohio location. This position will install and repair all facility property, equipment and buildings to assist in the production operation to meet customer needs. This position will work to support the manufacturing Engineering Manager as well. Duties will include:
Complete daily maintenance logs
Work with maintenance team and operators to maintain and expedite repairs on any production equipment
Install, repair and maintain all equipment to required standards
Maintain all PPE equipment to 70E standards
Follow all 70E guidelines
Follow all NEC requirements
Support preventative maintenance program
Follow all safety programs
Required/Work Experience/Skills Required:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in mechanical maintenance, repair and rebuild to include: pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission and lubrication
Experience with electrical equipment to include: troubleshooting & modifying programmable logic controllers (PLC's), A/C, D/C motors and drives and schematics
Experience with industrial equipment
Understands NFPA 70E
Experience with performing all required PM checklist duties
Willing and capable to obtain a forklift certification
Basic working knowledge of MS Office programs such as MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word
Ability and desire to learn
Preferred Education/Work Experience/Skills:
5
years of combined experience in Mechanical Maintenance and Electrical Maintenance
Physical Demands/Unusual Working Conditions:
Must be able to squat, bend and lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to stand and work for up to a 10-hour day in a non-climate controlled facility
Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights and weekends when necessary
Travel up to 10% as needed
