Qualifications/Requirements
Preferable 6
months call center experience of any kind or equivalent military experience
Experience working on a computer
Must have flexibility in scheduling including; nights, weekends, and holiday schedules

Ability to make decisions quickly with information presented from cardholder account history and neural net
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
