Primary responsibility will be working the front desk but you will be cross trained to work in the back to fill in as needed.
Experience with Nextgen is a plus! You will be the first contact our patients have and you must have excellent communication skills, be friendly and courteous to patients and staff.
Key
Responsibilities:
check in, check out, collecting co-pays & patient balances, scheduling tests and referrals to other offices, faxing, pre-certs and prior auths, answering the telephone and taking complete and accurate messages, confirming appointments, filing charts, and keeping front office neat and organized.
Back office
Responsibilities:
rooming patients, taking vitals, charting, venipuncture, med reconciliation, injections, EKG, in office clia waived tests, and calling in RX/Escribe to pharmacies.
We are looking to fill both a fulltime position & a part time position and will start interviews this week.
