We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
As a Dispatcher / Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office.
This is a based position in the field of logistics and transportation planning.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records in our transportation management systems - Assist with logistics coordination, including scheduling and tracking shipments - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Provide administrative support to the office team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents - Assist with supply chain management tasks, such as inventory monitoring and order processing - Support fleet management activities, including coordinating vehicle maintenance and tracking fuel usage
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Dispatcher / office assistant or administrative role is preferred -Knowledge of transportation planning and logistics - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages for this full-time position.
