PT Assistant Retail Manager Pay:
$15.
00 per hour Hours Requirement:
20
hours per week that includes weekend hours.
This is a part-time role.

Support Store Manager with day-to-day store operations Able to order and check in inventory.
Able to have flexible shifts, morning, evening, and weekends, with required hours during peak holiday seasons.
Ensuring store meets daily sales plan and goals.
Ability to arrange and display store merchandising.
Stay up to date on all merchandise promotions, advertisements, and product information.
Daily deposits as needed.
Ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales-driven team.
Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach the team.
Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, opening, and closing store, processing returns and orders via telephone.
Other duties assigned by Manager.
Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred Previous Retail Sales Experience and/or Management Experience Must be 18 or older to apply.
Computer literate; familiar with using POS systems.
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours a work which includes weekends.
During our peak seasons Assistant Managers are expected to work weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) Physical Requirements/ADA:
Ability to use all store equipment registers and PC is required.
Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the store.
Ability to regularly bend at the waist, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, and stoop.
Ability to occasionally push, pull and lift more than 25 pounds.
Ability to use janitorial equipment, rolling racks/tables, ladders, and other assigned supplies.
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
