We manage medical and non medical transportation predominantly in NE Ohio for Scenic View Transportation.
The role of an Office assistant may include:
Answering incoming calls Making outbound reminder calls Filing Trip Scheduling Customer Service Dispatching Training
Qualifications:
Proficient with Google (sheets, calendar, etc), Microsoft Office, Windows, and openness to learn routing software / technology Team building, friendly, and professional personality No criminal history Good driving record Willingness to learn Reliable attendance record Come join our fun, rapidly expanding, family oriented business!
