Key
Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, managing all aspects of scheduling, payment collection, and general customer service inquiries.
You will be the voice and the ear of Roof Maxx to our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication Coordination:
Efficiently answer phones, respond to emails and texts, providing timely and helpful responses to customer and team inquiries.
Your role will be crucial in maintaining open and effective lines of communication between clients, sales, and installation teams.
Schedule Management:
Coordinate the schedules of sales and installation teams, keeping track of ongoing and completed jobs.
Your organizational skills will ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and team productivity.
Reporting and Documentation:
Compile and distribute weekly reports that provide insightful analysis of schedules, job statuses, and other critical metrics.
Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential for creating, managing, and sharing these reports.
Software Management:
Oversee and manage the use of client tether software, dispatch software, and CompanyCam software, ensuring that all teams have the necessary tools and information to perform their jobs effectively.
Order Management:
Responsible for ordering EagleViews and other materials as needed, ensuring that projects are well-prepared and equipped for success.
Qualifications:
Proven
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service or communications role, preferably within the roofing or home services industry.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in Excel, Word, and the ability to quickly learn and manage new software applications related to client management and scheduling.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Team Coordination:
Experience in coordinating schedules and tasks across different teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of jobs.
