Responsibilities:
- Assist as needed in managing entrances to the Social Services Lobby, Pantries and Restrooms.
- Oversee the Food Pantry and maintain inventory of food products, hygiene and cleaning supplies to be distributed.
Inform Leadership when items need replenished.
-Oversee the Weekender's Food Program for students with partner school.
- Maintain cleanliness of Food Pantries, Weekender's Pantry and Walk In Refrigerator/Freezer.
- Schedule client appointments for Food Pantry, maintain client files utilizing Fresh Trak, update information with each visit and assist with Social Services such as utilities, rent, and other basic human needs in conjunction with the Social Services Director.
- Assist with Season Programs/Events.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task, detail oriented skill set and ability to offer genuine compassionate care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to schedule and perform designated responsibilities independently - self-motivated.
- A team player, positive, teachable, can do attitude, knowledgeable and competency in computer skills.
-ServSafe Certification.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
