Answer incoming phone calls; provide accurate information about DVPI's programs and services Greet and guide office visitors Provide support for the CEO and program services Directors Coordinate Board of Trustee meetings; calendar management, materials preparation and distribution, virtual meeting management, and recording of minutes Post open positions, schedule interviews, and coordinate new employee onboarding Assist with periodic activities such as benefits open enrollment and other projects Facilitate conference room scheduling Monitor smooth operation of office technology; trouble-shoot minor issues; judiciously request service from contracted vendors as needed Maintain well-organized records and filing systems Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
