Summary:
Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced management professional to join our team in Canton, Ohio.
Our agency is growing and we e in need of filling this positionl.
This job is a work from home job, with days in the field.
This part-time job, moving to full time, hourly management job will require the individual to oversee the daily operations of our home care business and ensure the highest level of quality care is provided to our clients.
The role will also involving managing a team of caregivers and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $18 per hour, paid weekly along opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
This role will also have a caregiving aspect to it as we may need our manager to fill in as needed in a caregiving capacity.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC in Canton, Ohio Manage a team of caregivers and ensure all staff are adequately trained and following company policies and procedures Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations Prepare and submit reports to upper management on a regular basis Maintain accurate records of client care and employee schedules Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and community organizations Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees Handle any client or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement new policies and procedures as needed Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in management or related field Experience in the home care industry Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to home care services Excellent organizational and time management skills, computer skills using zoom meetings, scheduling, and communication skills with families of our clients and employees Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism at all times Must pass a background check and drug screening Please note that if you are applying for the job to keep unemployment benefits we ask you not apply.
