Essential Duties The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support for the Safety Department and our Warehouse.
This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards administration, organization, report management, and customer service.
Provide administrative support to the Safety Department and Warehouse Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Provide general administrative assistance to Managers and both teams Maintain Inventory accuracy and safety material orders Responsible for BWC paperwork and working with employees on light-duty Working with superintendents on proper accident/injury paperwork and tracking through Excel Administration of setting up In house computer-based training for employees Mange quarterly and annual updates, for ISNETWORLD and AVETTA Work with P.

's on required trainings for clients All filingssafety, MVR, medical evaluations, OSHA, BWC Field employees issues and questions when safety managers are out of the office Coding safety material charges Filling out material charge slips Scheduling drug and alcohol tests Helping track new DOT, CDL, vehicle policy paper work

Education / Work
Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required.

years of previous Administrative Assistant or related office experience is required.
Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Previous experience working with a Safety Department is a plus.
Computer Skills:
Computer Skills:
Significant experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
