Responsibilities:
Manage calendars for senior staff, including making travel arrangements.
Inputs and updates information in databases and spreadsheets.
Prepare meeting agendas and takes meeting minutes.
Ensure that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients Liaise with executives and sales team to handle requests and queries from customers and suppliers.
Collect & record all incoming/outgoing funds for promos, events, and sponsorships! Order and track company letterhead, envelopes, line cards, and business cards Coordinates logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering.
Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Event planning and coordination This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support.
