Monitor youth in a secure treatment setting or in our Attention centers.
Staff provide structure with rule compliance and serve as the authority figure to the youth who are placed into our facilities.
The Youth Leaders work with local courts and provide safety and security within facilities while also being able to provide direct supervision to the youth.
