That's where you come in! As an On-Site Supervisor with Clean Team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of our accounts.
We are currently looking for an On-Site Supervisor in the Canton, OH area.
We rely on our Supervisors to:
Oversee the quality of services provided to customers and secure customer retention Train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates Control labor and supply costs Identify areas where further training is necessary, identify and retain all-star employees Ensure the account is adequately stocked Work together with your team and management to provide effective communication Manage your time and prioritize a daily agenda Job
Qualifications:
Skilled at making quality decisions Ability to give and receive feedback efficiently and effectively Apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict Effective time management and scheduling Monitor on-site team and provide constructive positive feedback Able to work Monday through Friday 6PM-10PM Position starts ASAP All applicants must be at least 18 with valid driver's license, have reliable transportation.
