Responsibilities:
Reports to Chief Financial Officer/Controller Support the Controller in accounting duties.
Assist with day-to-day accounts payable and receivable.
Assist with payroll and ensuring accuracy.
Assist with month-end reporting and filings.
Assist with year- end reporting and filings.
Deposit checks, maintain cash receipts and bank deposits.
Prepare general ledger entries including month-end accrual journal entries Assist with audits.
Misc.
tasks as provided by controller/CFO.
To succeed in this role, you will have:

years of experience or recent graduates with a focus in accounting or finance encouraged to apply! Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or business preferred or equivalent accounting experience.
Proficient with data entry and attention to detail and accuracy Efficient and effective communication and organizational skills Proficient in Excel Analytical & customer service mindset Recognizes urgency in solving problems and completing critical work.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
