Role Description The On-Site Coordinator will be a full-time and potential hybrid position located in North Canton, OH, with some flexibility for remote work.
The On-Site Coordinator will be responsible for foreign facility equipment requests, reviewing orders, Data entry, engaging with both the client and EMO Trans personnel in managing inventory control, shipping methods and developing and implementing process improvements to optimize operations.
Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or related field along with strong Customer Service and Data background.
Experience in direct customer facing appointments.
Knowledge of International Shipping a plus Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on strong face to face Customer service.
Familiarity with logistics software and IT platforms Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
