Responsibilities:
- Greet public, answer phones with compassion and understanding, and direct to the appropriate person.
- Manage entrances to the Social Services Lobby, Pantries and Restrooms.
- Oversee the Food Pantry and maintain inventory of food products, hygiene and cleaning supplies to be distributed.
Inform Leadership when items need replenished.
- Schedule client appointments, interviews, maintain client files, update information with each visit and assist with Social Services services such as emergency food, utilities, rent, and other basic human needs in conjunction with the Social Services Director.
- Assist with Season Programs/Events.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task, detail oriented skill set and ability to offer genuine compassionate care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to schedule and perform designated responsibilities independently - self-motivated.
- A team player, positive, teachable, can do attitude, knowledgeable and competency in computer skills.
