Responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, general clerical work, preparing presentations and handling confidential company information.

Responsibilities:
Process information, such as payroll and accounts payable.
Handle some inventory and ordering.
Order office supplies and equipment.
Manage the flow of incoming phone calls, screen calls, direct calls to appropriate parties, and maintain records.
Answer incoming emails and refer to the appropriate parties.
Follow management direction and keep management informed of events or issues within the company.
Track time and PTO for employees.
Manage employee travel details.
Enter bills and deposits in QuickBooks Online Handle customer inquiries regarding basic order status and billing questions Job Type:
