Manages administrative and reporting tasks in support of Operations, Sales and Human Resources.
Drives a culture of safety and customer satisfaction through effective execution and development of A Quality Facility Services' systems and processes.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Direct support of Sales as well as supplemental support of all other office personnel Support operations in the execution of the quarterly review process Enforce timelines and keep staff on track for timely completion of reviews Take lead in implementation of new software and improving current software systems Take lead in implementation of new systems and processes and improving current systems and processes Develop and maintain an account operations manual and job cards for each current facility and any new accounts Build, develop, and continually improve electronic inspections for all facilities Manage Cleantelligent software Create SDS books for buildings Build proposals, promos, and research vendor registration Manage LMS software and build training materials Collect data for Quarterly Reviews and create Quarterly Review packets Assist with starting up new accounts and engineering buildings Maintain a high level of organization in both paper files and computer files Develop protocols for departments as needed Maintain a high level of customer service and a positive attitude Finding and qualifying acquisition leads Evaluate potential acquisitions and partnerships within the janitorial services sector.
Conduct due diligence on target companies, including financial analysis, operational assessment, and rick evaluation.
Assist in the negotiation and integration of acquired businesses.
Prepare bid packets for potential clients, including detailed cleaning specifications, pricing and other relevant information.
Collaborate with the sales team to tailor bids to individual client needs.
Submit and track bids and proposals, ensuring timely follow-up.
Plan and execute the launch of new start-up ventures within the janitorial services sector.
Develop business plans, budgets and operational procedures for new ventures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful market entry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources and materials for projects.
Oversee specialty services department and work with the specialty services supervisor to maintain budgets, vehicle and equipment maintenance, scheduling, creating specialty services quotes, and reports Manage office and door alarm codes Review and approve company orders Skills/

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
