Responsibilities:
Deliver and pick up products and supplies throughout region.
Help to load daily deliveries into delivery vehicles.
Help to unload delivery vehicles as they arrive to the warehouse.
Complete assigned deliveries in a safe manner.
Install equipment at customer sites.
Pick up old toner for customer returns and complete required paperwork.
Log deliveries and pickups.
Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
Pick up equipment from other branches as necessary.
Assist in setting up products at customer's locations.
Ensure safety of company vehicle and assets.
May assist with general warehouse maintenance.
May assist with cycle count inventory to include parts, supplies and equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
Driving delivery vehicles and road safety.
Microsoft Office suites (Excel and Word).
Ability to:
Prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
Be a strong communicator, both orally and in writing.
Be a team-oriented, problem solver who takes ownership of work performed.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education and
Experience:
Any combination equivalent to experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
Education:
Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.
Experience:
Prior delivery experience.
In addition, must have a clean driving record and a valid State Driver's License.
