The Kiln Operator maintains kiln operations and records.
Responsibilities:
Make simple adjustments to kilns when instructed Basic computer skills Data entry Quality control testing
Qualifications:
Extensive walking in the plant and walking up and down stairs Able to follow directions and complete work in a timely manner Able to work 12-hour shifts and work a 2-on/2-off or a 3-on/3-off rotating schedule Will train employee Able to work overtime as needed Compensation:
With perfect attendance, a weekly bonus of $2.
50 per hour is paid for each hour worked.
The maximum weekly bonus is $100 for working a 40-hour week or for working your weekly scheduled shift.
The bonus is built into the starting rate of $19.
50 and the top job rate of $21.
