Human Resources Coordinator/Recruiter

Canton Ohio area! The position reports to the HR Associate.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the high volume recruiting and onboarding process which may include screening, scheduling, interviewing, licensure etc.
Help facilitate an employee centered work environment with a focus on culture Provide customer service support to employees and helps resolve their issues Provide HR support to leadership as needed Assist in employee relations and engagement activities as needed Assist the HR Associate and other members of the HR Team and management with administrative needs and special projects
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Extreme organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
) Ability to anticipate challenges and problem-solve Ability to develop and maintain relationships across the entire organization Flexibility to change direction quickly, without getting lost Required and/or Preferred Education and
Experience:
College degree in Human Resources or related field At least 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position This position has an in office working requirement with some hybrid flexibility Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday from approximately 9am to 5pm Hours can average 45-60 per week and are heavily affected by the sales agent recruiting cycle, summer months are busiest, with limited or no PTO available Job Type:
