This position will assist in all aspects of HR with an emphasis on recruitment, along with additional activities such as payroll, attendance, customer service, compliance, reporting, benefits, and record-keeping.
This position reports to our Vice President of HR & EHS.
The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, be a self-starter, strong communicator and problem-solver.
Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
Five years of HR, staffing/recruiting and/or payroll experience is required.
Experience with Paycor HRIS is a plus.
