1 Quick Apply Full-time 13 hours ago Full Job Description FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a helpful, service oriented Full-Time Human Resources Associate dedicated to interviewing and onboarding applicants! Based in Canton, Ohio, the primary responsibilities of this role are consistent interviewing and onboarding, and patient assistance with employee questions and phone calls.
This role is responsible for consistent interviewing and onboarding:
Works with the Office Manager and Hiring Team to create, modify, and post job ads Reviews and filters resumes, sends assessments, and sets up interviews for candidates Calls applicants from job postings to conduct or schedule interviews Conducts initial one on one interviews Follows FoxTrot interview process in both an individual and group interview setting Writes professional, concise summaries interviews for leadership to review Sends offer letters as well as background checks and drug tests to approved applicants Tracks applicants throughout the onboarding process and documents and communicates progress verbally and through the Google Drive Adds newly hired employees into the payroll system Works on projects and tasks as directed by the Office Manager and/or Foxtrot Leadership.
Success Metric is daily pulse submissions on interviewing and onboarding statistics This role is responsible for office administration:
Well versed in company administration and policy so as to quickly answer phoned in and emailed questions from across FoxTrot's network Conduct video call training seminars for field employees on topics of administration Coordinates and directs complex operations questions to the appropriate Program Manager Enters data as seen fit by the Office Manager, CFO, and Director of Safety and Training Receives mail when needed Prepares packages for shipments Assists in office cleanliness Success Metric is timely data entry, thorough knowledge of all administrative procedure and policy, and proper routing of complex questions to the appropriate party Skills and Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Outstanding problem-solving skills, with a bias for action Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and walk throughout the workday Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Able to learn basic aviation terms like aircraft types, phonetic alphabet, military time, and other common vocabulary Valid drivers' license and clean background check in order to obtain an airport badge Knows when to ask questions and where to find answers Compensation $20.
