In this exciting position you will be responsible for overseeing all department managers and supervisors to ensure operational goals are met.
What we are looking for you to do:
Oversees all Department Managers and Supervisors on the assigned shift.
Organizational development & training.
Coaches and mentors Department Managers and area Supervisors to keep them in line with management goals.
Directs the processing of assigned products consistent with scheduled requirements, cost standards, safety requirements, environmental, quality, maintenance, sanitation, and food safety specifications.
Implement plans to reduce costs across all departments.
Maintains an effective plant organization to assure maximum utilization and development of employees.
Implements plans to achieve plant goals.
Serve as facility champion for company-wide safety programs and initiatives.
Facilitate organizational inclusion processes.
The Ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree in food science or related field Poultry Processing Experience Continuous Improvement What we will offer:
