Summary:
Provide transportation services for patients traveling to doctor's appointments, physical therapy, or other medical treatments.
Job Functions:
Provide safe and efficient transport of patients in the ambulette as scheduled by dispatch.
This includes but is not limited to assisting patients to and from ambulette; efficient transfer of patient to receiving personnel.
Operate/drive ambulette in accordance with company's driving standards, policies and procedures.
Ensure safety of bus occupants by observing safe driving practices; seat belt application and general patient security.
Record transportation logs; obtain patient documentation; complete all forms are required by policy.
Conduct regular ambulette inventory and equipment testing to ensure proper operation.
Report and document all needed repaires to proper maintenance department and management.
Comply with all FCC regulations and company policy when utilizing electronic communications equipment.
Order supplies and equipment as needed from purchasing.
Perform general safety and proper operations check; includes but is not limited to:
fluid checks, tire checks, horn check, fuel checks.
Maintain ambulette; includes but is not limited to:
washing & waxing exterior; cleaning interior; re-fueling, adding air to tires, checking oil.
Provide basic life support--first aid or CPR in emergency situations to patients.
Attend all mandatory staff meetings as scheduled.
Minimum Requirements:
Current and valid state driver's license Current CPR certificate HS diploma or GED required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
