All inbound calls and inquiries routed through inside sales team Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential customers interested in roofing and exterior services.
Qualify inquiries for either virtual or on-site consultation.
Provide detailed information about the company's roofing and exterior services, products, materials, and warranties to educate customers effectively.
Schedule potential customers with outside sales representatives based on scope on schedule.
Outside Sales Support:
Assist dedicated team of 4-5 sales representatives.
Assist outside sales representatives in preparing for client meetings, providing them with relevant information, and scheduling appointments.
Prepare accurate estimates for sales representatives in preparation for appointments.
Collaborate with the outside sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-up with potential customers.
24 hours after initial appointment, inspect job records for completeness and offer support if necessary.
Assist sales representatives in keeping accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Starting at 72 hours after initial proposal delivery, follow up with potential customers who require additional time to decide, nurturing leads until they are ready to proceed.
Assist in building contracts and coordinating with customers to digitally sign.
Communicate with insurance adjusters on pending claims and supplements.
Send final invoices and follow-up on accounts receivable.
Customer Relationship Management:
Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and gather referrals for potential future business.
Gather customer feedback to understand their satisfaction levels and provide insights to improve service quality.
Dead lead Follow-up - call all dead leads to double check that there are no unanswered questions, unaddressed concerns, or missed opportunities to overcome objections.
Build relationships through networking with real estate agents, property owners and property managers that can be served virtually.

Conduct virtual sales consultations with customers via phone calls, video conferencing, and emails to understand their needs and recommend suitable roofing and exterior solutions.
Present tailored roofing and exterior solutions virtually, highlighting the benefits and value of the company's services to meet customers' specific needs.
Prepare accurate quotations based on the scope of the project, material choices, and other relevant factors.
Develop engaging virtual presentations and sales materials to effectively showcase the company's expertise and value proposition.
Address customer concerns and objections professionally, providing information to overcome obstacles and gain customer confidence.
