Salary:
Starting at $75,000 per year; salary is negotiable depending on experience Schedule:
Spring through Fall, you may work up to 50 hours per week.
Your workdays typically start at 7 am and may extend to 12-hour days on occasion.

Construction Operations Manager Expectations:
You will oversee administrative tasks, such as invoicing, scheduling, and inventory management, as well as big picture financial responsibilities, such as monitoring expenses, budgeting and financial reporting.
You will engage with clients, upsell services, and manage customer communication.
You'll manage relationships with suppliers and contractors, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
You will be responsible for overseeing office staff, such as the Office Assistant, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
You will hire, train, and supervise staff.
You will conduct employee evaluations, hold team members accountable, and foster a growth-oriented culture.
We will rely on you to oversee and assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide us with constructive feedback to enhance the impact of marketing strategies.
We will depend on you to coordinate, schedule and lead meetings, ensuring effective communication within the team, as well as external parties.
You will identify areas for process improvement, implement changes to increase efficiency, and contribute to strategic planning for company growth.
You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment with all our employees.
We will depend on you to bring organization and structure to the administrative side of our operations.
